At our tourist information centre in the “Altes Pastorat” (the old parsonage) in the market square, we’ll also gladly assist you in finding the right accommodation.

The tourist information centre is easy to find. It’s right in the town centre of Heide, in the “Altes Pastorat” (the old parsonage) on the southern side of the market.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (from April to November)

Heide Stadtmarketing GmbH

The Heide Stadtmarketing GmbH was founded in 2012 when important personalities from the business community and the town decided to implement a comprehensive town marketing concept for Heide. The company was founded as a 100% subsidiary of the town of Heide and is responsible for a wide range of activities: events across the year, for instance the Heider Winterwelt (Heide Winter World with Christmas market and outdoor ice skating rink during the Christmas season), the Heider Marktstrand (the Heide Market Beach with a beach atmosphere and beach sports during the summer months) or Sunday shopping with the Frühlingsmarkt (the Heide Spring Market) and the Kindertag (Heide Kids’ Day), that are popular among the citizens of Heide and visitors from the region alike. The main aim is always to promote and improve the quality of life in Heide.

We are involved in a wide range of diverse projects, for instance:

• Town development
• Town marketing including town management, advertising and promotion
• Promoting tourism and events

Our partners include the Wirtschafts- und Gewerbeverein Heide, WGV (the Heide business and trade association), the Amt Heider Umland (the collective municipality for Heide and surrounding regions) and the Vermieterverein Heide rundum e.V. (the Heide landlords and property owners association).

We are always interested in new exhibitors, for instance for the Heider Winterwelt, the Frühlingsmarkt, the Kindertag, the Kohltage (cabbage days) and other events. Feel free to contact us.
